Meet Alfredia Lee

Welcome to the world of Alfredia Lee, a dynamic Motivational Speaker, Educator, Entrepreneur, Author, and Advocate for personal and professional growth. With 20 years of experience in education, leadership development, and community engagement, she has empowered thousands through her dynamic approach to personal growth, confidence-building, and purpose-driven leadership. 

 

A Houston native, Alfredia is the devoted wife of Bishop L.D. Lee, Sr., proud mother of three accomplished young adults, and First Lady of Greater Vision Church, where she leads the Women of Wisdom (WOW) Ministry. Through mentorship, entrepreneurship, prayer, education, and outreach, she helps women grow spiritually and personally.

 

Alfredia holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Texas Southern University, a Teacher Certification from the University of St. Thomas, and a Master's degree in Counseling from Prairie View A&M University. She is also a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated.

 

A respected community leader and trendsetter, Alfredia has inspired audiences across schools, churches, universities, nonprofits, and corporations. She is a contributor on KTSU 90.9 FM and, in 2026, served as a Moderator for the Texas Senate Community Conversation in Montgomery, Texas.

 

As the author of Be GREAT and UPGREAT Your Day!, Alfredia encourages readers to develop confidence, resilience, and an extraordinary mindset. She was also honored as a featured author at the Congressional Black Caucus Annual Legislative Conference alongside notable leaders including Judge Greg Mathis, Congressman Jim Clyburn, and Iyanla Vanzant.
