Greatness is not a destination — it’s a decision.

As we step into the month of June, I want to remind you of something powerful:

Greatness is not a destination — it’s a decision.

This time of year often brings transitions. Graduations, weddings, new chapters, and big decisions. But whether you're walking across a stage or walking through a storm, know this: you carry the seed of greatness within you.

It doesn’t matter where you started. It matters what you choose to believe about yourself today.
